About this apartment rental
THE KITCHEN AND LIVING SPACE
This is the part we're proudest of, and it's why we remodeled. The kitchen was opened up around a large center island with counter seating, so the person making breakfast is still part of the conversation instead of stuck behind a wall. White shaker cabinets, quartz counters, a blue glass tile backsplash, and full-size stainless appliances — range, microwave, dishwasher — plus a Keurig and toaster. The dining table seats six, and the living room opens off the same space with a wall-mounted TV and a slider to the balcony. It's a bright unit — that's partly the remodel and partly the light this side of the building gets.

A FEW HONEST NOTES
Princesa is a privately owned residential community, not a hotel. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. and security enforces them. No pets, per HOA rules. Renters wear resort wristbands and outside visitors aren't permitted. We own this place and answer messages ourselves — if something's not right, tell us while you're there and we'll fix it.
