Beautiful ground level Presidential Suite at the Esmeralda Resort with wrap around patio featuring your very own hot tub with ocean views! (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available by request). This spacious 2,850 Square Feet condo has 3 bedrooms/4 baths with one of the best views in town. In addition to the 3 bedrooms is an extra area designated as a 4th sleeping area. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen with appliances and cookware.
The Space:
This spacious Presidential Suite is located on the ground floor with a huge wrap around 1,200 Square Foot Patio featuring your own personal hot tub, with amazing views along the ocean front.
The Neighborhood:
The resort has fun onsite restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream store, 2 beautiful pools, one of which is heated, and community hot tub.
Our three-bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.
As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.

HOT TUB - In very hot months July 1- October 1 the private hot tub is available upon request.

Our stay at this VRBO was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication was fantastic—quick, clear, and very helpful, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The place itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it super clean and welcoming. Check-in was incredibly easy, and we felt right at home the moment we arrived. There was also tons of space for everyone, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.Overall, everything about this stay was just awesome. We truly loved it and can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience!

What an amazing property! Stayed here with another family - 4 adult and 3 kids- room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Patio was amazing with direct access to beach and pool area. We enjoyed playing volleyball during sunset. Host was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Will definitely stay here again.

Unit was as described and included everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful location with very nice views of the sea and beach. Sunsets were awesome! All of our questions were answered in a timely manner and we would definitely stay there again.
