I had 8 adult family members there and it was plenty of room for all of us. 2 master bed/bathrooms made it extra nice. There were plenty of kitchen items, we made all our dinners at the house. Loved that each room had it's own mini-split so we could sleep with the temperature that each of us preferred. The neighborhood was lovely and soooo quiet. We used the pickle ball court, the pool and the jacuzzi. All were so nice and clean. Just a quick walk to the beach. There were tons of pool and beach floaties and water games in the garage. They even had a little pull wagon that we could load up with our beach stuff and pull with us down to the beach or pool. We could see the ocean from our rooftop. We ate dinners out there and played games on the rooftop. The game room was fun as well as the arcade games. I would definitely stay there again. It had everything we needed and more!

This home has all the amenities you need!! If it’s just adults or if you have little ones, either way you can’t go wrong with this house!! Definitely my “go to” home in Rocky Point!! 👏👏👏
