Wake to sweeping ocean and sunset views from one of Rincón’s rare two-level penthouses, directly across the street from Balneario Rincón and an easy walk to the town square, restaurants, coffee, and markets. The photos show the home’s current setup.

The penthouse sleeps six in three bedrooms: an upstairs king suite, a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. There are three full bathrooms. Every bedroom and the main living area have wall-mounted air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout.

Upstairs, the king suite opens to a private covered ocean-view terrace with two cushioned seating areas, a TV, steam room, and outdoor shower. Strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk make remote work comfortable.

The main level includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and a covered ocean-view balcony. The kitchen has a coffee station, filtered water throughout the apartment, a separate reverse-osmosis drinking-water faucet, and a Berkey filter.

Guests also have access to the shared pool and elevator, two included parking spaces, beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and cooler, plus a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and a baby gate available on request. The building has a backup generator and water cistern for added resilience during island utility interruptions.

Balneario Rincón and the road are active parts of local life, so you may hear waves, coquí frogs, music, or community activity. The upper level is reached by an interior spiral staircase or the shared elevator using a special key.
