Great location and layout for a bigger group

Well appointed, you have everything you need for a family of six. Very close to the beach, short drive both to Rincón and to the Faro. There are several bar/restaurants just in front of the compound.
The AC unit in the main bedroom was slower than the other ones in cooling but it could be that the house was pretty warm when we arrived. After the first day, temperature everywhere in the house was comfortable.
