Long Stays (14+ nights):
For stays of 14 nights or longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details will be confirmed after booking.
Once the booking is confirmed please note a security deposit of £500 will be required.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
