About this apartment rental
Although this apartment is listed as a three-bedroom property and can more then accommodate up to 6 guests it is best suited to four/five guests for a more comfortable stay.
Please note: For bookings of four guests or fewer, the standard rate includes access to two bedrooms only. You may choose any combination of the available bedrooms. If you require access to the third bedroom, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
Please also be aware that there are two flights of stairs leading to the apartment's front door, followed by one additional flight of stairs inside the property.
Once inside, you'll find a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The apartment offers three bedrooms:
One bedroom with a king-size bed
One bedroom with a double bed
One bedroom with two single beds
The fully equipped kitchen includes a split-level oven and microwave, along with all the essentials for self-catering.
A separate laundry cupboard is available and includes a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.
The apartment is equipped with central heating and recessed lighting throughout.
Please note that the property does not have air conditioning. However, fans are provided in every room to help keep you comfortable during your stay.

We had a great stay here for 4 nights in March/April with our 2 kids. Pros: The location of this flat was absolutely perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from Paddington Station. The unit was bright, clean and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and had some fantastic restaurants around (the Fountains Abby pub was excellent!). It was great to have two bathrooms and all in all we had such a great stay.ConsI didn't love the bed. My husband said it was fine, but I could feel the springs which I found a bit painful. It was also super squeaky and bouncy, so when either one of us turned in our sleep, it often woke us up. By Canadian bed size measurements, I would call the bed a Queen size, not a king. I know it's common in Europe, but we also would have liked to have a flat sheet on the beds. The kids woke up with their duvet on the floor most mornings and were cold because there wasn't a sheet and the duvet wasn't long enough to tuck in. The other con was that the wifi was not great which was a bit frustrating while trying to research things for our trip, but ultimately not the end of the world as we also had data plans.Ultimately we had a great stay and would recommend this flat to anyone.

Our stay was wonderful! Enough space for our family of four with two teenagers having their own room and bathroom. It was especially convenient to have a washer and dryer, full service kitchen and comfortable sitting room. The neighborhood was perfect with so many shops and restaurants, bus stops and Paddington station just steps away, we felt at home right away- safe, secure and quiet. Our host was quick to respond and saved us when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the first night of our arrival. We highly recommend staying here as everything to see in London is easily accessible within a short bus or tube ride and so comfortable to come home to our stay after long days of sightseeing. A great place to stay because of its closeness to Paddington Station. Although we didn't spend much time in the flat, it was nice to have the fridge for food storage and the beds were comfortable.
