Tee Time Modern Oasis is an incredible 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat that was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen had every essential we needed—including an air fryer, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware—along with convenient extras like a washer/dryer, iron and board, and spare linens. ​Outside, the patio offers gorgeous views and a sparkling private pool that was an absolute hit with the kids, who also loved the board games provided. The location is unbeatable: just moments from the beach with nearby public parking, plus free on-site parking for two cars. Sharon and her team were exceptionally prompt and helpful with every detail. We would love to stay again! A helpful parking tip for larger groups: While the home includes free space for two cars, extra vehicles will require alternative arrangements. The public lot right next door charges $4/hour during peak daytime hours, though it is free from 5:00 AM–9:00 AM and 5:00 PM–midnight (strictly no parking from 12:00 AM–5:00 AM). Daytime parking is also available at a shopping complex 3 to 5 minutes away. For overnight needs, plan to use the paid private lots about 10 minutes out or an overnight parking garage in Myrtle Beach.

Additional parking on-site or a designated paid parking option nearby would be a great addition.
