Located on the first floor with easy elevator access, our villa boasts an open-concept living area that flows onto a private balcony with refreshing ocean views. Whether you`re here for a golf trip, a sports tournament, or a family reunion, the `extra-large` layout ensures everyone has room to breathe.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (4BR / 4BA)
Primary Suite: King Bed, private balcony access, and a spa-like ensuite with a jetted tub.
Guest Suite 2: One King Bed and one Queen Bed with a private ensuite bath.
Guest Suite 3: Two Queen Beds with a private ensuite bath.
Guest Suite 4: Two Queen Beds with a private ensuite bath.
Total Beds: 7 Beds 1 Sleeper Sofa(Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably).

Private Beach Access: Just steps away across the street, featuring a handicap-accessible ramp, showers, and restrooms.
Pool & Sun Deck: Large outdoor swimming pool (unheated; open seasonally May–October).

Convenience: High-speed Wi-Fi, washer/dryer in-unit, and 2 dedicated parking spaces.

RENTAL POLICIES
Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
No motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts (HOA Rule).
No pets, smoking, or parties.
**Please note, shower in master usable but has 1 glass door currently. Waiting on custom installation expected October 2026

- You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must remain present the entire length of stay.
-Photo ID and message stating you agree to policies must be received before check-in information will be given.
