We enjoyed this property very much. Everything worked well the beds were nice and the property was clean. We were late getting in so the manager left our key at the desk and we were very happy about that. But, when sending messages through verbo we got no response. Finally he texted me and I was able to communicate. Only one key per room! This was difficult with four people. Also we asked for towels so we could step out from the shower and not get the bathroom floor wet but that never happened. Otherwise everything was great.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, with a perfect location. Unfortunately, the curtains did not work, making the living room totally devoid of privacy, especially after dark. We communicated this to the host (for whom we had to wait 25 mins upon checkin), but he told us he would have to schedule someone to come fix it, as building maintenance could not. We asked him to have this issue resolved every day we stayed there, but the curtain never was fixed nor any solution provided.
