This adults-only, one-bedroom apartment offers a private terrace with a bathtub. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a deluxe ensuite bathroom, flat screen, and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need to feel at home in Playa del Carmen.

Guest Access:
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
Occupancy:
Guests agree not to exceed the agreed-upon number of occupants. Additional guests will result in the loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit on a credit card (Visa & MasterCard only, no debit cards) is required upon arrival. If not already charged, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) will be requested.
Damages to the property may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Guests must leave the unit in the same condition as received.
Failure to observe the rules and regulations of the condominium's complex may result in the loss of the security deposit.
Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of additional guests.
Happy Address, the owner, employees, or agents are not liable for any accidents, damages, or losses incurred by guests or their invitees.
Refunds:
No refunds will be provided if guests decide to leave the property before the scheduled departure date.
Hurricane Evacuation Policy:
Happy Address will not reimburse any funds in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance.
Services:
No refunds will be provided for non-functioning services such as internet, water, or power.
Owners' Belongings:
Certain closets containing personal items of the owners are locked and are not accessible to guests.
Additional Usage of the Property:
Parties inside the property are prohibited without prior authorization.
Unauthorized usage of the condominium may result in the loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Security:
Guests are responsible for using the existing locks on doors and windows. Failure to do so may compromise the security of the unit.
Legal Responsibility:
Happy Address bears no responsibility for situations arising from the execution of this agreement.
Exoneration:
Guests accept to release Happy Address, the owner, agents, and employees from any lawsuits, damages, or costs incurred during the execution of this agreement.
Penalty for Violation:
Violation of any condition or restriction of this agreement may result in termination of the agreement without reimbursement of rent or security deposit.

This is a beautiful, clean and modern condo. Everything you need with your own sun bathing area in the penthouse. Wifi was great, 3 bathrooms so everyone has their own space. Large clean shower with rainfall showerhead. Large kitchen area equipped with everything you need. This condo probably has the nicest rooftop pool/sunbathing area you will find anywhere. Full bar area. Fitness room. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout the building. 24 hour front desk attendant security. The only complaint I have about the condo is that the bed is hard as a rock. Seriously, my bed at home has a firm mattress but the condo mattress was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Otherwise, the condo location is a short walk to the public beach and to all the shops and restaurants of Quinta Avenida Playa del Carmen. Even just a short walk to Chedraui, a large grocery store that has everything at reasonable prices.

Pros: great location on a quiet dead-end street and a block from 5th Avenue and all amenities. Modern decor, great kitchen and bathrooms, very clean, great staff, private deck at the pool right off our unit - the pool is well maintained and lovely.
Cons: small, very firm bed. Could use more towels/face cloths. Strange layout upstairs which would be better as a proper bedroom rather than a sitting room with futon. There is ample room downstairs to put the TV instead of upstairs. Would be nice to have a water cooler available, even if it costs a little extra. No direct access to the beach - there is a protected mangrove at the end of our dead-end street, the beach access is a couple blocks away. However, the beach is VERY crowded and the shore covered in sargassum - we didn’t spend much time on the beach.

Stay would have been great if we hadnt smelled urine all week. There was either a pet orva nasty adult that stayed in the condo before us. Hard to get information from the propery manager.
