Law enforcement will be contacted for violations. A $500 fine and immediate eviction will also apply.
We have the home routinely serviced with pest control to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Because this is Texas, insects are common outdoors. Occasional bugs may still find their way inside when doors or windows are opened.
