Guests must choose either a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold. The refundable security deposit is returned after checkout provided there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized guests or house rule violations.
Neighborhood quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Outdoor amenities may be used quietly until 11:00 PM. No smoking and no parties are allowed. Late checkout may be requested within 1 day of departure but is not guaranteed and cannot extend past 12:00 PM. Unapproved late checkout will incur a $300 charge.
