Occupancy & Registered Guests
- The maximum occupancy of this home is 6 overnight guests, in accordance with local occupancy regulations.
- Only guests included on the VRBO reservation may be on the property unless you receive prior written approval from the host.
- Any unregistered overnight guests or occupancy exceeding the permitted limit is a violation of our House Rules and may result in additional fees, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and/or removal from the property.
Additional Guest Fee
- Unauthorized guests may result in an additional fee per unregistered guest. VRBO may assist in collecting these fees when supported by evidence.
Quiet Hours & Unauthorized Guests
- If unauthorized guests are present after quiet hours, the reservation may be terminated immediately without refund, and all guests will be required to leave the property.
Outdoor Cameras
- For the safety of our guests and to ensure compliance with our House Rules, the property is equipped with an outdoor security camera monitoring the exterior entrance/driveway. These cameras may be used to verify occupancy and support any necessary claims through VRBO.
Visitors
- We understand guests may want local friends or family to stop by. Please contact us in advance for approval. We are often happy to approve a small number of daytime visitors when requested ahead of time, provided they comply with our rules and local occupancy requirements. Unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
- IMPORTANT: up to 2 well-behaved and house-trained dogs welcome with prior approval - please message before booking to ensure it’s a good fit. $75 pet fee - including emotional support animals (ESAs).
- Pets must remain off furniture. There are protective dog blankets and a large crate available for use if needed.
- Please clean up after your dogs in the yard using provided scoop.
- No smoking on any part of the property
- No lotions, soaps, etc in hot tub. Ensure body/feet are not soiled before entering hot tub. Only toilet-trained children may enter the hot tub and must remain under adult supervision.
**Additional fee(s) may be applied if pet waste and cigarette butts are found in the yard, and/or if the hot tub is soiled and must be drained**
- Must be 25+ to book
- No parties, events, or loud music
- No glitter or confetti inside or outside the home
- Candles and fireworks are strictly prohibited
- Neighborhood quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am
- Grill and complimentary propane available May 1-Oct 31
- Firewood for the firepit is not provided — local dry firewood recommended
- Bears are seen at this home; please do not leave food or trash outside
- Exterior Ring camera monitors driveway
- Please remove outdoor shoes and ski equipment before entering main home. There is a shoe rack in the enclosed porch.
Winter Weather
- Please note, during snowy months, a path will not be available to the firepit, and it will not be available for use
- The hot tub will have a path shoveled during snowy months
- A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter
- During snowstorms, guests should plan to remain at the cabin until the driveway has been plowed
- The driveway and parking area are professionally maintained and will be plowed and sanded after storms. Please allow time for snow removal and plan accordingly
- Winter storms and high winds can occasionally cause power outages in the area. While service is typically restored within a few hours, outages are beyond our control. Partial refunds may be made on a case-by-case basis
