I like the convenience of just walking right to the parking lot and area was quiet. Being on the ground floor offered convenience for dog walks and plenty of room for a nice walk. Location was great for mount Washington and fall foliage activity vibes.
The coffee maker could be better. I know a kurig and a very small coffee were available. Im not a fan of Kurig in general and so we used the Mr. Coffee coffee maker but the coffee grounds would overflow and go into the coffee pot. Other than that, everything else was great.

Well designed,thermostats in every room,washer:dryer,large table and sofa
Great view and location
Very spacious and comfortable for 6 adults
Excellent response of text, though no follow through
Filthy tub rug and and main carpet:stained,black, probably dog pee. There were extra rugs in the closet I could have used had I known… but only found them last minute
Shower curtain badly stained with rust
Directions to place were unclear
Description of what was in condo were poor. It was well equipped,but many things were not listed: dishes,towels,mini oven, thermostats
