About this house rental
A beautiful, updated, well maintained 3 BR modern townhouse condo. Open floor plan includes 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 spacious living rooms with cable TV, internet, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave & breakfast bar. Skylights w/ loft area. Two wood stoves including firewood. Finished basement with bar area, sectional couch and sleep sofa. Sliders to deck with patio furniture & charcoal grill. two minutes to StoryLand, close to Jackson waterfalls, hiking, canoeing, dining and shopping. Ten minutes to N. Conway Ctr. Peaceful semi-private setting.
Tenants need to bring sheets, pillow cases & towels, all blankets /comforters are provided by host.
About the area:
To escape the summer heat enjoy the serenity of Jackson Falls. Hale Location is a great nine hole golf course close by with breathtaking views and challenging holes. Hike the magnificent trails at Diana's Bath (dog friendly) and Cathedral Ledge, canoe down the Saco River, relax in the beach side sand of Echo Lake. Alternatively, the excitement of downtown North Conway is a quick drive away, as you can enjoy the Settler's Green shopping Outlets and all of the excitement that the strip offers (mini golf, 5&10 cent candy store, restaurants and ice cream at every corner).
During the winter months, ski, skate, and snow tube right around the corner. 5 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 10 to Cranmore, 15 to Wildcat, and 25 minutes to Bretton Woods. Nestlenook Farm which is just 5 minutes down the road offers ice skating, snow shoeing and authentic sleigh rides. Warm up at their outdoor fire pit or hot cocoa inside their enclosed Victorian gazebo.
Some of our favorite restaurants include the Red Parka Pub (less than a mile), Shannon Door, Tuckerman's Tavern, & Red Fox Pub. (The RPP and Shannon Door offer live entertainment on weekends).

The house is in a great location and is very convenient to town and access to the mountains. The house has plenty of room for up to 8 people and woulld be very cozy and warm in the winter time with the woodstoves. The man cave in the basement.is also a cool place to hang out.

The condo was so spacious and very clean. Tons of room and very comfortable beds. Close to all the local attractions and restaurants. Joe was fabulous to communicate with and we will definitely be back for another vacation.

This is the second year we have stayed here and love the space and location. The proximity to Attitash and Wildcat is great and the condo is perfect for my family, with teen children and a dog there is plenty of room to spread out. And grab dinner or supplies at nearby restaurants and Grant’s Shop & Save.
This year when we arrived though the condo had clearly not been cleaned. There was about a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and the liquid soap was just filled with sudsy water. This was an annoyance for us and I spent the first hour and a half we arrived cleaning and then we were able to enjoy our stay.
