Enjoy watching golfers from your private balcony in the front or take in the wonderful nature sounds of the Ellis River out your bedroom windows in the back. On-site amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, a 9 hole Par 3 golf course, playground, basketball & tennis courts, and a seasonal clubhouse!
Upon entering you will be met with a full staircase where you will find a welcoming first floor which includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and a living room featuring a cozy wood stove. The kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We also have a portable high chair, pack and play, and baby gates!
The King suite is on the 2nd floor with a full staircase walking up to it. It features a sitting area, a private bedroom, and its own private bath. There is a NEW remodeled full bath with a 2 person walk-in shower & large soaking tub with jets & lights to enjoy in this suite.

$20/unit per day
$35/unit for 3 days
$55/unit for 7 days
$120/unit for 30 days
(‘Unit’ is inclusive of up to 6 people, additional $5/per person per day for groups in excess of 6 people)
Golf Access Fee:
$10 per person, this includes unlimited rounds per day

*Bring your own clubs - required
The fee is paid directly to the club on-site - if not open there is a sign-in sheet and honesty box that fees can be dropped in.
You MUST sign in and pay the fee if you golf or use the pool and tennis courts.

This was the perfect location for visiting storyland, plus it was a safe area for our toddler to be outside since it's a quiet one way street and it's only for the condos in that community. Easy walk to their playground too. Kitchen is well stocked and property owner is very responsive. I was a little skeptical upon going up the entry stairs as they look quite run down and there's holes in that wall that aren't sealed up but once we got to the main living area and the loft, it was all very clean and well maintained. I would absolutely rent this place again, and hope we do!

Wonderful condo! Location was right next to story land and felt safe. Little golf course was cute and our son enjoyed watching some golfers go by. They had a flood in the bottom units, so that was a slight inconvenience because there was a big storage container in front of the door. Overall it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful stay here! We had 4 adults and 4 young kids and we never felt on top of each other. The place was clean, had very comfortable beds, and the arcade game was a HUGE hit. There were SO many things to do in the area for everyone and StoryLand is literally just across the street. There's even a 24 hour gas station/store walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it! It was a perfect environment for the adults and our 4 and 5 year old kids. We all highly recommend and would come back! Thank you!!
