There is also a handy cloakroom with a washbasin and a separate WC. On the 1st floor, there are 2 double bedrooms. One is en-suite with a 140cm bed the other has a larger 160cm bed. There is a family bathroom comprising bath/shower, washbasin and WC.
The 2nd floor is an air-conditioned attic bedroom with 4 single (90cm) beds under the original beams. Outside a south-facing private patio leads to a shared garden with an outside summer shower, children’s toys and shady pergola.
