Villa Natalie is a charming stone villa with a swimming pool located in Raklje, ideal for families or larger groups of up to eight people. The house has three bedrooms, while an additional sleeping space for two guests is provided on a sofa bed in the living room.The villa is air-conditioned, with units placed in the hallway leading to the bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the sleeping area. A filter coffee machine is also available.This authentic villa has special historical value – it was built over 100 years ago, as confirmed by the stone engraved with the year of construction on its façade. It was fully renovated in 2013, preserving its original Istrian character while offering all modern comforts. Surrounded by greenery, the courtyard is additionally enclosed by dry stone walls and a stone wall 1.50 to 1.80 m high, ensuring privacy.The villa is set in an idyllic location reached by a white gravel road, emphasizing its rural character. As a former traditional “stancija,” it is not located in the village centre but offers complete privacy, with only one nearby neighbour. Nevertheless, all amenities such as cafés, taverns, restaurants, beach bars, and a shop are within easy reach.For younger guests and outdoor fun, the villa offers a children’s playground with swings, a trampoline, a slide, and more, while adults can enjoy darts and a charcoal barbecue in the garden.A stay at Villa Natalie is ideal for exploring eastern Istria. Nearby are natural beaches and coves such as Krnički Porat, perfect for swimming and diving. The surrounding area offers numerous cycling and hiking trails, olive groves, vineyards, and authentic Istrian taverns. Within a short drive you will find Pula with its Roman amphitheatre, Fažana, and Medulin, as well as opportunities for kayaking, boat trips, and exploring hidden coves along the Istrian coast.
