Birthday parties, family gatherings, and weddings are permitted.
Maximum event attendance: 12 people.
The maximum property occupancy is also 12 guests. Additional guests are not permitted.
Community Pool Information
The community pool facilities are located approximately 4 miles from the cabin and are not located on the property.
A current-year pool pass is required to access the community pool areas.
Pools are officially open from Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, with pool hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, for pools scheduled to be open.
The North Clubhouse is the closest clubhouse to the cabin.
Clubhouse maintenance closures:
South Baden Clubhouse: Closed Tuesdays
Upper Alpine Clubhouse: Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays
North Clubhouse: Closed Wednesdays
Pool and clubhouse schedules may be subject to change.
Starter Supplies
The cleaning company provides a starter supply of:
1 laundry detergent
1 dishwashing powder
3 oz. dishwashing liquid
1 kitchen sponge
1 kitchen towel
1 roll of paper towels
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
Body soap
Shampoo
2 garbage bags per garbage can
Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
Important House Rules
Please carefully review the following rules before booking:
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
The person who makes the reservation must be at least 21 years old.
Valid ID is required at check-in.
The person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay.
No pets are allowed.
Additional or unregistered guests are not permitted.
Outdoor cameras are used to monitor the number of guests and property security.
Events and gatherings may not exceed 12 attendees.
Violations of the house rules may result in cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
Check-In & Check-Out
Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available. This allows our cleaning team sufficient time to thoroughly clean and prepare the cabin for every arriving guest.
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to a local single mother who does an excellent job caring for the cabin.
Travel & Service Information
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We do not provide changes or refunds due to road conditions, storms, medical conditions, COVID-related circumstances, or other inclement weather conditions etc...
Third-party services such as electricity, gas, and internet are outside of our control. If one of these services experiences an interruption beyond our control, guests are not entitled to compensation or a partial or full refund for the interruption.
