• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: While we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues in accordance with our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
• Please note our cabin has stairs. However, there is 1st level access to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and living area
• Our cabin is not toddler-friendly. We do not have gates or child proofing, but we welcome kids! We do not provide baby accessories, high chairs, pack n plays or dishes
• Please note guests should bring items they need, as shampoos, soaps, hand soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent are not guaranteed
• The coffee machine is dual service with drip and pod. Please note we do not guarantee filters and pods, and do not provide grind coffee
• Guests need to bring their own charcoal for the BBQ
• Please note the hot tub is emptied and refilled after every guest and may be cold if it is emptied the same day. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to heat up
• The public pool has no access codes and if the gate is locked, then the pool is closed - No exceptions
• Please note the shared outdoor pool is only open during the summer months
• We do have DVD players, but we ask guests to bring their favorite DVDs or rent some if they want to watch them
• Sorry, pets are not allowed on the property
• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Please note the clubhouse is not for usage
• If you're traveling by car, there is a smaller driveway in front of the cabin, with limited complimentary parking on the street. You can also find limited parking down by the pool
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.

Our stay with 6 adults and 4 children was great. Home was clean and everything worked as advertised. However we did have difficulty locating the home because the sign on the street with the 3 house numbers that share the same driveway was obscured by a juniper bush. The sign needs to be raised on a post a foot or two higher. Location close to Gatlinburg was ideal. We also experienced loud talkers on the deck until midnight one night.

We were excited about using the theater room. Unfortunately the internet-wifi never worked while we were there. The cabins are close together. One night, the cabin behind us had a party until after 2am. Could hear everything. There was one pot for cooking. You have to run the dishwasher at least one time a day to have enough dishes/utensils. Beds are very squeaky, especially the bunk bed, so the kids were constantly waking up because of it. The hot tub water had not been cleaned prior to us staying there. The cabin was clean (except the hot tub) and updated though. Unfortunately the things that I listed would prevent us from staying there again.

Our family loved the house, location and the view of the Smokey Mountains. Grandsons loved the game room. We were in awe of a bear roaming right outside the house one afternoon. While the house is newer with nice amenities, it is lacking in kitchen utensils and tools. There weren't enough forks for our family of 8 to make it through one day without having to wash them, and kitchen tools were scarce to do any amount of cooking. Even though every rental pays for cleaning, there was mold at the kitchen sink and bathroom tile grout was dirty on both shower walls and floor.

The property was great and just as described. The only negative was the first night there were some drunk guests nearby that were yelling and setting off car alarms into the wee hours of the night.My 8-year-old granddaughter said it wasn't just amazing or fantastic but that it was amazingly fantastic!

A wonderful cabin for our family trip! Great location, easy and convenient to things, awesome game room on top floor (so fun!) with bunk beds and movie room, nice decor, clean and uncluttered, beautiful views, games provided, working hot tub kitchen well supplied. We loved the “fireplace” in the bedrooms! So cozy. We saw a mama bear with 3 cubs everyday! Cons: no water dispenser in fridge (must drink from sink faucet), no coat hooks upon entry (there is plenty of space on the wall for hooks, I would add some, we had 7 jackets we had to lay on dining room table), maybe add a side table for setting drinks on main level balcony, and add a few extra blankets for cold nights (it said they were in closets but we only found 2). The towels were clean but did have some prior stains. (The house was very clean!) Those are my suggestions but nothing that was a big deal at all. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!!

We used this for a family getaway and it was close enough to town to go in and enjoy the festivities, but go back home and enjoy our relaxation time together in a quiet spot. I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time with two families. Property was convenient to everything and the game room and movie room were huge hits with the kids (and adults!) - the games were all in good shape overall, which can be hit or miss in rentals. Very clean property. Only had a few small issues and response was prompt on getting them sorted out quickly.

Property is nice, rooms are good and bathrooms are nice. Only complaint is linens didn’t smell fresh. I think they were clean, but were “stale” smelling. I think they had been on beds for awhile. One of the toilets runs constantly unless handle is jiggled. Washer really smells musty but worked fine

Our cabin was comfortable, game room for our 4 grandkids-ages 9-17, was super fun, fireplaces in each bedroom were very special not to mention warm, cabin location was convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Cades Cove. Only issue was a bedroom that the electricity would kick off, but we received a quick and friendly response from maintenance and turned the breaker back on. Also, the smoke detectors had been tampered with-having no batteries. Overall well supplied, comfortable and fun!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, especially sitting on the porch enjoying coffee in the morning or the hot tub at night. There were plenty of activities to keep our family busy (pool, air hockey, Foosball, the hot tub etc.) The beds were comfy and the cabin had everything needed. Keep an eye out for bears, we did have a couple visit the front porch.

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin! Location was great, views were wonderful, and the amount of space was just what we needed. There were 9 of us, 4 of which were under age 18. They couldn't get enough of the game room, theater room and hot tub! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony with swing and grilling twice during our stay. The only thing I could see being difficult for some (which wasn't for us) would be the fact that you park your vehicle on a hill and have a little walk up to the cabin. Definitely wouldn't be handicap friendly. For our family it was everything we needed and more for a 3 night getaway!!

I plan an annual trip every spring with my best friend and our families. This year we decided to head to the mountains and this was the perfect property for our group of eight (2 couples, 1 grandma & 3 kids). The kids could not get enough of the game room, if they weren’t eating a meal with us you could hear the laughter and joy coming from upstairs! They also loved the hot tub in the evenings and not having to share a bed with their siblings as they had to on different trips. All eight of us planned a movie night in the theater room, choosing Top Gun it felt like we were at the cinema with the awesome acoustics & surround sound. I highly suggest bringing snacks, popcorn and grabbing a few cozy blankets to accompany you! Location was very convenient to Dollywood & downtown Gatlinburg were we visited Anakeesta and enjoyed the shops. Overall it was an excellent stay, I do have a few recommendations to accommodate future guests. There wasn’t any directions provided on how to use the remote controls for the tv’s, we spent about an hour trying to connect to the internet while figuring out how the different remotes worked in unison. I would suggest having a binder were this could be housed for easy reference, also consider including; menus, coupon books, check in/ out info (this is more for convenience as all info was thoroughly provided in email). Most of the properties we have stayed in the past have this easily accessible. Lastly, the views were picture perfect however with the cleaning fee that is charged all the windows needed a good scrubbing and were overlooked by the cleaning crew for quite awhile. Nevertheless, none of the above recommendations impacted the lasting memories made and the wonderful time we enjoyed here!

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable beds and a great rec room! We did find the parking rather difficult being located on a hill and often found it difficult to get turned around with neighboring renters parking close by. I would suggest bringing additional kitchen towels and dishcloths as only one was provided and we cooked most of the week.

This was our first time in Tennessee, we enjoyed the cabin, spacious and great location and views. The kitchen is well equipped, there’s tvs in every room and eletric fireplaces. We got some snow on Friday and Saturday so our kids were very excited about it being the first time they see snow. There was a couple of things not working properly, the fire place in the living room wouldn’t stay on and the thermostat on the main floor wasn’t working, no big deal as we spend most of our time out and shen home the fireplaces in the bedrooms worked, also at first the place looked clean but a lot of dust and some mildew in the bathrooms I think it needs a more detailed cleaning but I hope they can fix these things for the next guests.
