With five bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 18 guests, the home is well suited for extended families, multiple families traveling together, ski groups, and outdoor adventure crews. Most of the sleeping accommodations are located on the main floor, while the spacious bedroom above the garage provides a flexible setup for families with children or teens!

Notes:

- Guests will have private access to the entire home and 2.5-acre property. Please note that street parking is not permitted at any time per HOA rules - all vehicles & trailers must be parked in the private driveway.

- Garage parking is not available at this time. The long driveway can comfortably accommodate approximately 5–6 vehicles, depending on vehicle size and whether you are traveling with trailers.

- Winter Travel: Roads are regularly maintained during the winter; however, due to changing mountain weather and snowy/icy conditions, we highly recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle for winter travel.
