Pet friendly Home on South Shore Drive close to downtown and City Beach

Enjoy a comfortable Clear Lake getaway at our vacation home on South Shore Drive. This home is a great fit for families, couples, fishing groups, boaters, concert guests, and anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay while enjoying Clear Lake.

The home is located across the street from the lake and is set up for guests who want easy access to the sights, events, and activities that make Clear Lake a great place to visit. Whether you are coming for concerts at the Surf Ballroom, boating, fishing, lake events, family time, or a quiet weekend away, this home gives you a practical and comfortable place to gather.

The house sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds, giving guests several comfortable options for families and groups.

The floors are hardwood and tile throughout, which makes the home practical for pets and easy to keep clean. The basement includes a kids’ play area with toys, giving younger guests their own space to enjoy during the stay.

Guests have access to the entire house, with the exception of the attached garage. There is off-street parking behind the house with room for cars and boats, making the property especially helpful for guests bringing a boat or trailer.

For fishing guests, we provide an outdoor spigot and plastic tables that can be used for cleaning fish. Full laundry facilities are also available, which is convenient after a day on the lake, at the beach, or outdoors.

The backyard includes a fire ring with firewood available for guest use. There is also a griddle just outside the back door, giving you another easy option for outdoor cooking and relaxing together.

One of the upstairs bedrooms was previously used as a home office. It has both interior access and its own exterior door. This room also includes a desk and power strip, making it a convenient space for remote work, charging devices, or simply having a quieter place during the stay.
