Our beautiful open floor plan creates an ideal gathering place for friends and family. Whether your relaxing by the fireplace or perched at the kitchen island, there is a place for everyone. Need some time away from the group? The second level offers 3 private bedrooms each equipped with a 32" TV. Starting off your day? Delight with a long shower in our high design full shower with bench. Take your time getting ready while enjoying our lake views. Bringing young children?
After a day at the lake, calm them with a bubble bath in our stylish main floor bath. This is the perfect space for travelers of all ages. There are many reasons why this house is unique, but one of them has to do with we own the house right next-door! So if you’re coming with friends and family and you want to spread out a little bit, you can check out our place right next-door. The next door property ID number is 4489491. PETS: You may have seen that from time to time we accept small pets. There is a pet fee associated with that. When booking the home, please enter in that you are bringing a pet and the price will populate.

This home was amazing and in the best location for walking to the Surf, downtown or to the lake. The home had all of the amenities and was very comfortable and cozy! June was an amazing host and we’ll definitely be back. Better than 5 Stars!

We had a group of friends going to the Surf for a fun night out. This place had plenty of room for all 3 couples and so convenient to walk to so many downtown locations. The communication with owners was so smooth and easy. You would definitely enjoy this home !

We had the best girls weekend getaway! The location can't be beat - just a block walk to the lake front and a two block walk downtown and to City Beach. The kitchen and patio were awesome and having two bathrooms and cozy, comfy rooms was perfect. We all want to come back again!
