The Little Lakefront Cabin on Balch Lake is a cozy studio retreat, perfect for a relaxing New Hampshire lake getaway. Fully renovated in 2024, the cabin offers beautiful water views, comfortable accommodations & dedicated outdoor space along a private cove. The cabin is located on private property beside the main house, which operates as a seasonal business on Saturdays. During that time, local boaters may visit the property to launch or fuel their boats. Guests will have dedicated beach and dock space throughout their stay. Guests are welcome to bring a boat & complimentary launching is included. Please make arrangements prior to arrival so we can ensure dock and launch access are prepared for your stay.
Inside, the open studio layout features a queen bed overlooking the lake, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Amenities include a fridge, convection microwave, toaster oven and air fryer, and an induction cooktop. Heat and air conditioning allow you to enjoy the cabin comfortably in any season.
Outside, guests have exclusive use of a fire pit overlooking the private cove. Kayaks and paddleboards are also available during your stay. Balch Lake is great for boating and paddling, with scenic coves and quiet stretches of shoreline to explore.
The cabin offers a peaceful lake setting while remaining convenient to nearby dining and attractions. Local restaurants are approximately 10 to 20 minutes away, and North Conway, New Hampshire, is roughly a one-hour drive for shopping, restaurants, hiking, and year-round activities.
