About this house rental
Freshly remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage on a wooded lot in Pottsboro, minutes from Lake Texoma. Fully furnished and move-in ready — a cozy, quiet basecamp for a weekend on the water, fishing, or unplugging under the trees. Minutes from high port marina , and Tanglewood . Bring your boat ! We have room for you to park your boat or Rv (note we do not have hook ups for RV).
The space
The unit has one Master Bedroom with a queen bed and one Sofa Bed in the living room. We also have a twin inflatable mattress available as well .
We have a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities/supplies including:

Ceiling fans in both rooms
Floor fan located in closet

If you have any kids in your party, please ensure that they under adult supervision around the premises. We try to keep all the areas around the property mowed and clear all the time.
Extra Charges Applicable: $25.00 per extra guest and $250.00 fee if we notice smoking/vaping inside the unit.
