HOUSE RULES…
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE HOUSE
• NO PARTIES
• Please remove your shoes while inside the house
• Please use coasters provided when setting drinks on tables
• Please DO NOT rearrange any furniture
• Please do not use provided bathroom towels for coloring hair or other uses which might stain towels
• A fee will be charged for any damage to house or its contents – i.e. bedding/towels, furniture, rugs, cabinetry, décor, etc.
• Out of courtesy to the neighbors, outdoor noise should end at 9:30pm
• Please put indoor trash in outside can when needed – can is just outside front door to left (next to shed)
Before checking out, please…
• Leave used bath & kitchen towels on bathroom floors
• Leave used bed sheets on bedroom floors
• Place dirty dishes in dishwasher, add a dish tab, set to normal cycle & turn on dishwasher
• Turn off all inside lights
• Turn on porch light by front door
• Close & lock all windows, front door & back patio door (to lock electronic front door lock – hold down # until you hear a beep)
HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES & INFO…
• Bedrooms:
- Additional bed sheets can be found on closet shelf OR in bottom drawer of dresser in each room
• Bathrooms:
- Additional bath towels are in under sink cabinets
- Extra toilet tissue & trash bags are in under sink cabinets
- Hair dryer is in basket under sink counter
- Bathroom cleaning supplies are in entry closet by front door
• Kitchen:
- Kitchen cleaners, dish liquid, rinse aid & sponge are in caddy under kitchen sink
- Dishwasher tabs are in box under kitchen sink – please keep lid on tightly or tabs will dry out
- Trash bags & extra paper towels are under kitchen sink
- To run dishwasher: push the “START” button before closing the door
• Office Desk:
- Office supplies & extra printer paper are in drawer of desk
• Cleaning Supplies & Trash:
- Iron & iron board are in entry closet by front door
- Broom/dustpan are in entry closet by front door
- Vacuum cleaner is in entry closet by front door
- Swiffer floor cleaning mop & pads are in entry closet
- Outdoor trash can is just outside front door to the left – next to shed
• Safety:
- First-aid kit is in kitchen drawer to right of dishwasher
- Band-aids can be found in each bathroom
- Fire extinguisher is on wall above kitchen trash can
- Flashlight is in drawer of desk in living room
- Only one dog up to 40 lb will be considered, but you must get approval first
