Everything very good, good space in the house and a large backyard, unfortunately we could not enjoy it much because we had many things to do, very good communication with the host thank you and we will return in the future.

The house and location worked out nicely for the 5 of us. However, there isn’t a bedroom with two twin beds. That room has a daybed that can be made into a king bed; not two separate beds. Schwinn is a great communicator. They checked in with me to be sure things were going well.

Upon arrival, we noticed fire debris on a stump in the yard, which was concerning. The next day, we found broken glass vials, a burned shirt, business cards in the same area. These items were alarming, not only because they suggested suspicious activity within the fenced yard, but also because the broken glass posed a hazard to our dogs. I immediately contacted the property owner. Rather than offering a solution, she repeatedly asked what I thought she should do. I suggested contacting the authorities, and she asked if I wanted to call them myself. I agreed, prioritizing safety. At first, she said the outdoor cameras showed nothing, but the next day admitted the previous renters had set a fire in the yard. While I appreciate her eventually identifying the source, the experience was distressing. Being told it was a “false alarm” despite clear evidence of a fire was frustrating, and the lack of a proactive response made us feel unsafe. We had trouble sleeping due to our concerns, and it ultimately ruined our stay. In addition to the debris outside, the house was not particularly clean, which made the stay even less comfortable. I contacted Vrbo to request a refund, and the rep said they would reach out to the owner and follow up. When I didn’t hear back, I followed up again, only to be told that since I was no longer at the property, they would not assist further and that I should contact the owner directly. Based on my prior interactions, I didn't feel comfortable doing so.

This was the perfect house. We met up with our son and his family. One bedroom for Grandparents, one room for Mom and Dad and one room for a kiddo. It was great for the family dog, too. Quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our sort stay. The beds are super comfy. We had to go around the block a few times before we finally found the house….suggestion-make the house numbers more propionate. The house could use a deep cleaning. The pillows on the beds should be replaced as they are very flat. Kitchen chairs are uncomfortable and the table isn’t very sturdy, but it was adequate for our needs. We will consider renting again since it is so close to our relatives.

To begin with the communication with the host was outstanding. Location was perfect! such a good decision just a few minutes from the Airport and short drive to Oregon. The House was a perfect fit to our Family of 8. Spacious living room and dining and kitchen that has everything you may need. The beds are comfortable, no one had a bad thing to say about this house. Overall a win all around! If we come back to Vancouver we r for sure staying here again.

Everything we needed was provided. We really appreciated having a garage to park in. Our host was very attentive to us and was readily available to answer any questions. The house was very comfortable. There was plenty of closet space for hanging your clothes. It was a lovely relaxing place to stay.

Communication with the owner was seamless and positive! The property was very clean easy check in and out. The yard is huge our dogs enjoyed running and playing daily! It was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for memorial service and to visit with the grandkids. I would highly recommend it! it could use a little TLC in some places, but that would discourage me from staying there again

This place was so great for us! Easy to check in, close to everything you would ever need, house was stocked and clean and comfortable. They even left coffee pods for the Keurig, you didn't have to bring your own! Fully fenced backyard with a nice patio table, easy to check in, they even had a Wii. Room in the garage to park and a multi charger station which we definitely utilized! Would definitely stay again.

Six adults stayed here recently. The property was comfortable and clean, however we found that the bedroom with the trundle bed does not convert to a true king size bed. Great location for us and great communication with the owner. She gave us a heads-up about the yard maintenance guy coming to do some work.

We thought it was amazing! The house smells very pleasant. The draws and cabinets are all labeled. The fridge is huge so if you are staying a week you wont have to be scared of buying groceries. This is a great location and in July a Canes chicken will be open. My only complaints if you want to call them that are. 1) There are no tvs in the bedroom so if you have anxiety or ptsd there is nothing to create background noise and block out the sound of traiffic. (This would not stop me from staying again.) 2) The light bulbs are very bright bring some plug in lights with you if you need a dim light for midnight bathroom trips. ( I would also not let this stop me from staying. The house was almost entirely clean and very comfortable. (They could use a good scrub down in the master bathroom) Again I would not let this stop me from staying again. My family loved this beautiful home and you will too!

We arrived and check-in was a breeze with the clear instructions sent by the owner. House was clean, well furnished, and had every accomodation one could want including a work desk that was used by my parents throughout the stay. I sent a message to the owner with a question and was nearly immediately responded to. We went to the great grocery store down the road and made dinner with the kitchen that had everything we needed. Could not really ask for a better place for my family, including a 19 month old, to stay. Great place!

We stayed for a quick family trip. They place was just as listed. It had one king bed, one queen bed, a twin that pulled out to a king, and a blow up queen mattress along with a couch. It had a nice kitchen. A fully fenced in yard. It did have a slight mold smell when we arrived. The only down side for us is there were no tvs in tge bedrooms which we are used to. There is a ton of shopping food and otherwise nearby.

Such a nice house that was well- equipped for kids (we had a 7 month old)! Location worked well for airport runs and meeting with family in NE Portland. Communication with host was wonderful. House was comfortable and clean. Just a heads-up (literally) for any taller guests: the shower in the master is 5'8". This is clearly indicated at the house but not in the listing. My elderly 6' 3" father couldn't use it and then almost slipped in the tub in the guest bath. That was the only downside of the house-- otherwise everything was perfect!

The house was "ok". The neighborhood was sketchy....showers were drizzle at best and super short if you're over 5'5". Kitchen was dirty (sticky cabinets and countertop). Would not recommend.

It worked well for our family. It is set up great for dogs although we didn’t have our dogs along. The backyard is fully fenced with nice cedar fencing. Really close to food and shopping but still relatively quiet.

The place was as described, we had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient location, close to Portland and all the shopping and restaurants. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. We loved this property and will be back in the future.
