This spacious house is quiet, and located in a village where you will find all amenities.
A playground is located just behind the land. Also a brand new pump track for children is 500m away.
Barely 10 minutes from Malestroit and Rochefort en Terre (2 of the most beautiful villages in France), 30 minutes from the seaside, as well as the forest of Broceliande.
You can easily discover the region.
On the first floor: Large living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its en-suite shower room. A separate toilet.
Garage and laundry room with direct access to the house.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a children's bedroom with a high bed (90x200). A mezzanine area transformed into a children's playroom. A bathroom with bathtub. A separate toilet.
Outside: a dining table.
An area with lawn. A charcoal barbecue available (stored in the garage).
Cleaning is not included: we ask you to return the house in the same condition as you found it when you arrived.
Bed linen and towels are not included either.
