Enjoy new laminate flooring throughout, stylish new lighting fixtures, and a newly renovated kitchen perfect for preparing meals after a day of mountain adventures. Step outside onto the deck overlooking the 4th green of the par-5 golf hole, an ideal spot for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons, or watching golfers try their luck. And when it’s time for indoor fun, the converted garage is an incredible game room complete with arcade games, air hockey, a pool table, poker table, and foosball. Whether you’re here to relax, golf, or have a little friendly competition, this townhome has something for everyone!
Additional features include:
-2 stand alone A/C units that are vented to the outside for cool comfort during the summer. One is in the living room and the other is in the converted garage. These are not considered Central A/C but WILL keep the house cool!
-Gas barbecue
-Stone patio table with 6 chairs, 1 rocker and 4 additional chairs!
-2 rolling twin beds
-Converted garage into game room with six arcade games
-4 TVs with Spectrum streaming. The living room TV has a DVD player with golf DVDs for the whole family!

**This home has a Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee pot that takes grounds. The owner has supplied the home with coffee pods!
** The kitchen has an Air Fryer
** Master room closet is for owner use only
Guest Access:
There is a key less lock on the front door! The Electronic Rental Agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you. When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season)
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood of Plumas Pines, is close to the charming village of Graeagle, California. Just 3 miles down the hill are shops, restaurants and fun activities. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Feather River from this home and there are easy hiking and biking trails within just one mile of this home.
Getting Around:
There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable with restaurants, golf courses, shops, hiking and biking trails within easy distance. We are only one hour away from the Reno/Tahoe airport.
Other Things to Note:
You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation for one of our vacation rental homes. 3 night minimum over 4th of July weekend.
Interaction with Guests:
**Please be aware that we are a Vacation Rental management company and we manage homes for owners.
We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts are: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!
