About this house rental
Fantastic views to the 8th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, will make this a very popular vacation rental home. Just 1 door away from Aspen #08. Rent both homes and have your large group stay together and enjoy the decks! The little bear at the front door will greet you!
This owner has thoughtfully purchased NEW mattresses for this home! Use of our pool is included with your reservation with us.
Large flat screen T.V. in the living room and in the upstairs master bedroom. DVD player and stereo system as well. Dishnet satellite service.
A well stocked kitchen and a large seating area in the living room make this a perfect townhome for your large golf group or family.
Ceiling fan in the living room
With a deck that looks out on the course and a gas BBQ, sit back and relax and start your vacation!
Oh and BTW, there is a sleeper queen sofa too!
Patio furniture includes a wrought iron table and chairs, an umbrella for shade and an Upper balcony, off of the upstairs master bedroom to enjoy the mountain golf course view.
