Outstanding Townhome located on the 5th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Resort



The Space:

This townhomes has been prepared with guest comfort in mind!



All new linens,  and newer wine refrigerator and appliances make this the Town Home that you and your group will want to come back to year after year. Gorgeous, comfortable and ready for reservations! Use of our pool is included with your reservation!



**This home allow pets (limit 2 dogs) **Your well behaved dog (no cats please) is welcome in this home! Additional pet fee/pet applied when you select that option.



Located on Aspen Circle with spectacular views to the 5th Fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Resort, the deck captures morning sun and afternoon shade.  Watch the golfers and enjoy nature in this lovely townhome.



Flat screen T.V. with  aDVD player in both the Living room and upstairs Master Bedroom.  (Direct T.V. Satellite service)

Wrought Iron Patio set includes: table with 6 chairs, (4 extra) two chairs with ottomans and end tables and NEW Gas BBQ Grill.  

A bistro set on the upper deck to enjoy some quiet reflection.

Reservations include use of our private pool located at 126 Cottonwood Drive. We will text you the code upon arrival



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is close to the charming village of Graeagle, CA Within easy driving or walking distance, you are close to golf courses, restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails.



Getting Around:

There is no public transit in Plumas County. But our town is quite walkable. Public parking is available free of charge. Remember we ask you not to park on the street but in the driveway or numbered parking for your vacation rental home.



Other Things to Note:

We have a 3 night minimum for holiday reservations. The electronic Rental agreement that we send you must be signed before the door code is given to you.



Interaction with Guests:

**Please be aware that we are Vacation Rental management company and we mange homes for owners.



We are open 7 days a week during peak season Mid-May to the end of October. Our hours of operation and when we respond to requests, phone calls and texts is: 7 days a week 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., during peak season (M-F 10-3 during winter season) to answer any questions you may have!

    We rented two units, both managed by the same folks. Communication was amazing. Property was accurately described and as depicted. We had one little appliance issue and the rental team was all over it and created a prompt solution that allowed our trip to go on as planned. We really appreciate the attentiveness!!

    We had an amazing time during our stay. The location is just off the 6th fairway. Nice grill and patio to enjoy the evenings. We had an issue with the fridge not cooling, but the office was responsive and provided ice+coolers for us until they could get it repaired. While that was unfortunate, they were friendly and nice to work with.

    The home was well furnished and felt like ours for 48 hours. The bed and pillows provided a restful sleep. the rear deck looked on to the golf course with a beautiful view. We would recommend this home for others who want to play golf. Within 15 minutes of great restaurants.
