Other things to note

Fire Pit Area: The property features an outdoor fire pit. Its use is subject to community guidelines and must be handled with care and constant supervision. (Please check with us upon arrival regarding firewood availability and tools).

Paddle and Sports Courts: To access the paddle courts, we can request a complimentary court time slot on your behalf via the owner's community app (subject to availability) or you can rent a court directly on-site. Soccer and volleyball courts are also available.

Security and Fast Clearance: As a high-security gated community, access is strictly monitored. We ask guests to provide their ID and vehicle details in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in at the front gate.

To ensure a safe stay and respect the gated community guidelines, guests are required to adhere to the following rules:

1. Security Clearance and Entry (Mandatory prior to arrival):

Required Documents: Full names, valid IDs/Passports for all guests, driver's license, and up-to-date car insurance must be provided in advance. Front gate security will not allow entry without prior registration.

Visitors and Deliveries: All visitors or delivery drivers will be required to call for host/guest confirmation at the gate before access is granted.

2. Driving and Parking:

Speed Limit: Strict speed limit of 30 km/h (18 mph) within the gated community.

Parking: Please park inside the property driveways. If additional room is needed, the two spaces at the front of the lot may be used.

3. Music and Quiet Hours:

Speakers: Outdoor speakers are strictly prohibited.

Music Policy: Low-volume background music outdoors is allowed only until 4:00 PM. Peace and quiet must be preserved at all times.

4. Pets and Wildlife Protection:

Pets: Pets are welcome!

Local Wildlife: Capybaras, ducks, geese, and bird nests roam freely around the property (especially at night). Do not touch, feed, or approach the animals. Please keep pets under supervision.
