El departamento es hermoso, nuevo, muy bien ubicado. La atención de los administradores es para destacar tuvimos un inconveniente en una de nuestras reservas y lo solucionaron sin problema ni cargos, eso se valora muchísimo!!!!

A localização é ótima e o apartamento é confortável e completo, mas tivemos problemas graves durante nossa estadia.
Tivemos problemas recorrentes com o aquecimento de água, o chuveiro e torneiras simplesmente não aqueceram em 03 dias diferentes. Imagine estar em Buenos Aires no inverno e não conseguir tomar um banho quente...o atendimento da equipe apesar de ser rápido pelo WhatsApp, nada fizeram para sanar o problema e apenas passavam instruções para manter o chuveiro aberto até que começasse a esquentar, porém, em diferentes ocasiões a água não aqueceu. Um absurdo o que passamos, lamentável. O máximo de reparação que tivemos foi a permissão de check-out às 13h ao invés das 11h, e ainda assim tomamos um banho frio pra ir embora.
