Our space in the heart of Palermo is ideal for groups of young people who want to enjoy all the social, culinary, and cultural scene—and the full-on nightlife—that Palermo has to offer. Located just a few blocks from the iconic Plaza Serrano, our accommodation has everything you need for your stay, including a beautiful terrace with a small pool and outdoor shower, and a barbecue area with a grill. There are 3 bathrooms with showers and 3 modular bedrooms with bunk beds or single beds.
The entire house is available for guests’ exclusive use; you won’t have to share any areas of the house with others. The pool and air conditioning season runs from November 15 to March 15, and these facilities are for your group’s exclusive use.
Please note that the house is typically rented to young people looking to party; so you won’t find luxury or glamour here. The sheets and towels aren’t hotel-quality—they’re home-use items and may have a loose stitch, a patch, a stain that won’t come out, or some fading, but they’re always clean. There may be minor issues, such as a door or window that takes a bit of effort to close, or a drawer that’s hard to open... If you’re looking to rent for a family, you’ll surely find a more expensive house that’s more modern and luxurious—but it will cost more.
