Building amenities include a spacious rooftop pool with ocean views, a gym, a business center, and a ground-floor common area with a pool, terrace, and oceanfront garden. Two bicycles are available for rent to explore the area at your own pace.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to all building amenities: rooftop pool, gym, and business center, as well as the ground-floor pool and terrace. Bicycle use is available for an additional fee.
The Neighborhood:
Puerto Morelos retains the charm of a small coastal town, with walkable streets and a community that lives at the rhythm of the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center are just minutes away, with the main park connecting to the public beach. Days here are spent savoring local flavors, turquoise waters, and the calm of Caribbean life.
Getting Around:
The town center is a 15–20 minute walk. For more convenience, driving, taking a taxi, or renting a bicycle is recommended.

The building is new, so there is still some construction activity. This may occur Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
