With two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony offering uninterrupted ocean views, every detail has been thought of to ensure your comfort. For ultimate relaxation, take the elevator to the rooftop and soak in the pool while admiring panoramic views of the Caribbean. Lounge in the sun or unwind in the shaded areas.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and all its amenities, including the rooftop pool and lounge area. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals if you prefer staying in.

Porto Blu is perfectly located in Puerto Morelos, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of the Chedraui Selecto supermarket and local restaurants. The schedule for using the pool, pergola, and adjacent common areas will be from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

It is strictly prohibited to consume alcoholic beverages, hold meetings, or parties in the condominium lobby, which may only be used by residents for reading or watching TV/electronics.
