The living and sleeping area includes a sofa, ceiling fan, portable fan, closet storage, linens, extra pillows, and blankets. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, coffee, baking sheet, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics, while the dining table for 2 can also serve as a laptop workspace. The bathroom includes a shower, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Cooling is provided by a window AC unit, with radiant heat available in cooler weather. Guests have private use of Apartment #1 and access to the free washer and dryer in the building, fully fenced backyard, and shared patio/balcony. From the front of the house, use the door on the left, which opens into the shared foyer for Apartments #1, #2, and #4; unique apartment entry instructions will be provided before check-in. Free parallel street parking is available in front of the property, and two smaller-vehicle parking spaces are available in the rear off the service road. The apartment is conveniently located near Palmer College of Chiropractic, Vander Veer Botanical Park, MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center, downtown Davenport, local restaurants, grocery stores, and other Quad Cities destinations. This is a multi-unit property, so some common areas are shared. Starter quantities of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other essentials are provided, and guests staying longer may need to purchase additional supplies. Trash and recycling pickup are Tuesday. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. No parties or events, no smoking or vaping inside, and only registered guests may stay overnight. Please keep noise respectful, use shared areas responsibly, park only in approved areas, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
