Unique entry instructions will be provided before check-in. Free street parking is available in front of the property, with two smaller-vehicle parking spaces in the rear off the service road. The apartment is conveniently located near Palmer College of Chiropractic, Vander Veer Botanical Park, MercyOne Genesis Davenport Medical Center, downtown Davenport, local dining, grocery stores, and other Quad Cities destinations. This is a multi-unit property, so some common areas are shared. Starter quantities of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other basics are provided, and guests staying longer may need to purchase additional supplies. Trash and recycling pickup are Tuesday. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. No parties or events, no smoking or vaping inside, and only registered guests may stay overnight.
