Come stay in this cozy, secluded single family home located in Hot Springs Village, AR. North Americas largest gated community. Take in the serene wooded views while enjoying your morning coffee on the wrap around deck.
Inside this single level home is 3 bedrooms with Queen sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. One bath just has a soaking tub and the other has a shower/tub combo.
There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room for guest usage with laundry pods provided.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect property for it!


**Currently, there is no working oven and the dishwasher is not operable.
We did put in a toaster oven you can use. The stove top is also okay to use, just not the ovens**

There is a charcoal grill that you can use to cook food as well, you will just need to supply charcoal

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
