First floor: spacious living-dining area with a cozy sofa arrangement, free internet (Wi-Fi), smart TV/satellite, radio/CD player, board games, DVD movies, and books for cozy evenings, fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner stove (ceramic cooktop), oven, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, and various small appliances; guest restroom
Upper floor: all 3 bedrooms with a double bed (each mattress 90 x 200) and a wardrobe, large bathroom with shower and bathtub, hair dryer, makeup mirror, separate room with sauna, washing machine, iron, and ironing board available
Outdoor area: Terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a parasol, barbecue facilities available (grill provided), fire pit, lockable bike storage

The beautiful, kilometer-long white sand beach is just a few minutes’ walk from your vacation home. Our “Patricia” vacation home, with approximately 135 square meters of living space and a sauna, offers everything a vacationer’s heart desires. The property, with approximately 400 square meters of space and a terrace, invites you to relax. All windows have exterior blinds, and two bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. For the little ones, a travel crib and a high chair are available. The “Patricia” vacation home is a smoke-free property.
Two parking spaces are located right next to the house. Storage space (lockable garage) for bicycles is available.
The 8-kilometer-long Schaabe Baltic Sea beach is only about 400 m away. About 2 km away in Altenkirchen, you’ll find a Netto, the “Stolz” department store, an Edeka, and a beverage store. Restaurants and bike rentals are nearby. From Breeg Harbor, you can take boat trips to Hiddensee Island, go on Bodden cruises, take crane-watching tours, and visit the Störtebeker Festival. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the beautiful island round out the offerings (bike rentals available in town). Pets are allowed by prior arrangement (fee: 5 euros per pet per day)!
