About this house rental
'Boddenblick' - a comfortable semi-detached house in the Bernsteinpark Breege, invites you to relax.
Notes on additional costs and fees:
The prices are for 4 people, each additional person pays an additional bed charge per night.
Costs for electricity / gas / water / household waste are included.
150, - € rental deposit are to be paid in advance. In the New Year's Eve a deposit of 200, - Euro is due.
Your tourist tax please pay in advance by bank transfer. Afterwards you will receive your Kurkarten from us by post.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
A nice place for friends, family and children is the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen on the ground floor and a residential landscape in genuine leather. In addition to a bathtub and an infrared sauna, which are located in each of the two bathrooms, our guests also have a fireplace in the living area for relaxing moments. The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything necessary - from microwave up to the dishwasher.
Two bedrooms with solid wood furniture and wood floors and a bathroom are upstairs of the house.
On the terrace, which you can comfortably reach from the living room, you can let a wonderful day end with a cozy barbecue by the fireplace grill and a glass of wine.

Das Objekt befindet sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man benötigt. Leider fanden wir den Whirrpool nicht.
Die Objektlage ist fabelhaft gelegen. In kurzer Zeit ist man an der Ostsee mit wundervollem Strand.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Fahrradverleih ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden.
Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, war bei An- und Abreise die Schlüsselübergabe. Diese fand mit dem Auto in 20 min. Entfernung statt. Da wir bereits vor 16.00 Uhr ankamen mussten wir somit nochmals insgesamt nochmals 40 min. Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen.
Das Objekt ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war für uns als Familie (4 Personen perfekt). Sehr schön für uns war an Regentagen die Sauna :-)
Die Küche war mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass es hier auch an nichts fehlte.
Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit allen was eine kleine Familie so braucht. Reibungsloser Ablauf der Buchung inkl. Anreise mit Schlüssel und co. Gerne wieder.
