Palm Court sits in Victoria Park, the quiet, tree-lined grid tucked between downtown Fort Lauderdale and the ocean — close enough to walk to dinner, far enough that mornings start slow. The main floor is where everyone ends up. The kitchen is fully equipped and built around a long island with bar seating, so one
person can cook while the rest hover with a coffee — there's a little coffee bar set up for exactly that. Dining for six sits just off the kitchen, and the living room picks up from there with deep, comfortable seating and enough room that nobody's negotiating for a spot. A dedicated laundry room quietly handles the practical side of a longer stay.

Outside is the whole point. The pool sits in a paver-lined yard framed by palms and privacy walls, with deck space for towels, loungers, and a long afternoon of nothing in particular. The BBQ grill is a few steps away for burgers after a beach day, and there's room to set up a game of giant Jenga on the lawn when the group
gets competitive. Upstairs, a balcony with a full outdoor sofa offers the quieter version — coffee at eye level with the palm tops, and the downtown skyline glowing off in the distance once the sun drops.

Sleeping arrangements are about as painless as it gets: four bedrooms, four attached full baths, no one sharing. Three of the bedrooms are anchored by king beds with private ensuites — walk-in showers, clean marble, and one with a freestanding soaking tub for the end of a long day. The fourth is the room the
kids will call first: two twin-over-twin bunks sleeping four, with a full bath of its own. Ten guests, four bathrooms, and a layout that spreads people across three floors when they want space.

The neighborhood earns its keep. Las Olas Boulevard — galleries, boutiques, and some of the best dining in the city — is under a mile south, an easy walk or a two-minute drive. Holiday Park is even closer, a few blocks up, with tennis courts, ball fields, and shaded paths for a morning run. Downtown and the Riverwalk are about ten minutes on foot or five by car, with the Broward Center
for the Performing Arts, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and the water taxi dock all clustered nearby. Fort Lauderdale Beach and Las Olas Beach are a short five-to-ten-minute drive east, and Hugh Taylor Birch State Park adds mangrove trails and a stretch of quieter sand just past them. Bonnet House Museum & Gardens makes for a good slow morning, and there's a grocery run half a mile away when the cooler needs restocking. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International is roughly fifteen minutes out, which makes the whole trip easier on both ends.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
