The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Its located near to all you need for shopping and dining. The unit is comfortable and was cleaned well with everything you needed for a good stay. I definitely recommend and will look into staying again.

We booked the condo for 5 of us for a birthday slumber party and it worked out perfectly! Communication with the host was always fast and friendly (even with our stupid questions 😆) he even gave us some food recommendations without us asking for them. Very attentive and easy to work with!

The host was very kind, and a great resource through out the stay. The place was clean, and comfy. Only thing I would warn is the sofa bed is more of a futon instead of a pull out sofa bed as the pictures indicated.

Beautiful, comfy, quiet. Area felt safe. I would have given all 5 stars but it is not terribly walkable/convenient to dining, etc. That is probably part of why it is so quiet! Property manager provided excellent communication and was very helpful.

We had a great stay. Only stayed one night prior to sailing but would do a longer stay next time. The host communication was really good. He would answer within minutes. We had someone get sick in our group and he let us stay an extra hour for her to pull herself together.

This property is a true gem. Well located in a very safe and lovely area, quiet yet close to everything (the beach, Las Olas Blvd and plenty of restaurant options). Impeccably clean and very well equipped. The comfortable bed was much appreciated and parking was a bonus. Excellent and attentive communication from the host. Highly recommended.

Just what we needed for a one night stay. Communication with owner was excellent. I wasn’t sure about paying the deposit by Apple Pay but verified that it wasn’t a scam and everything worked out well with a timely refund. Would definitely recommend this property.

I booked the 2bdrm/2bthrm unit for my Birthday weekend. The vacation home was nicely located in an upscale, family-oriented, VERY quiet neighborhood. The perfect place to be alone and catch up on some reading or "me time" or even a quiet cozy romantic couples get-away. But spacious enough to comfortably host a small family. The host Alex was great with his communication and had valuable information prepared for questions about dining. The location is tucked away but conveniently located near grocery stores, gas, shopping and the highway/expressway. There's a small outside entertainment/ BBQ area that is just lovely for outside dining. The wi-fi was easy to connect and there is a Smartcast TV in the unit so you can still binge your favorites shows. I will note that there is only 1 TV in the home and it is a Smartcast, so that may be an issue for families with children and/or teens. And possibly with those who enjoy television but not up to par with how to use the device. So if you don't use a SmartTV or streaming service for your television entertainment this could be an unexpected hiccup with your stay. Also, the check out time is 10:00am, which is an hour earlier than the standard 11:00am, so it's kind of inconvenient to lose that hour if you have small children or did lots of shopping. However, I do want to state that you can pay a fee to have an earlier or later check-out. All around, this is a great location and I will recommend to friends and family for their vacations

Located in a lovely part of Victoria park, very peaceful and tranquil.. unit was flawless and parking right was very close , made it so much easier bring in and taking out items from the car.. management was in constant contact and even made some suggestions on local restaurants, which I thought was very thoughtful.. looking forward to my next stay as I was completely satisfied with my stay.

The unit was clean and comfortable until we tried to sleep. The beds are advertised as gel memory foam but were SO firm that there was no give and it ended up feeling like we were sleeping on a lightly wrapped brick. Owners definitely need to invest in a cushioned mattress topper. My husband went to sleep on the sofa an hour into going to bed. Otherwise, the place was clean, quiet and in a lovely neighborhood. Parking was available off street right at the front door.
