Hello and a warm welcome to the popular bed-and-breakfast “Haus Köbesine” on Juist. Here, you’ll stay amidst the picturesque North Sea landscape. Just a few steps through the dunes and you’ll find yourself on the wide, fine-sand beach with sweeping views of the waves and the sea.
Our “Apartment 20” combines the comforts of a bed-and-breakfast with the benefits of spacious, private accommodations, including a living room and bedroom. Enjoy the island’s peaceful tranquility on the sunny outdoor terrace or in the large communal garden. Whether cozy in a beach chair or relaxing on a sun lounger, you’ll find your favorite spot. The call of the seagulls, the gentle sea breeze—a place where the soul can take a deep breath.
In our bright dining room with a view of the dune landscape, start your day with a hearty buffet and aromatic morning coffee. After a walk on the beach, relax in the cozy living area of your apartment or enjoy the sweeping view of the dunes and the sea from your window. In the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), you can sleep in and savor the island’s tranquility. Relaxing movie nights in bed are also possible.
Additional comfort awaits you in the elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a heated towel rack, mirror, makeup mirror, and hotel-style hair dryer.
For cozy downtime, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and two TVs (cable).
A lovingly prepared breakfast of the finest quality—partly featuring ingredients freshly harvested from our own fruit and vegetable garden—is already included in your reservation.
A shared living room with plenty of books and a TV invites you to relax outside your apartment. Exclusive extras such as barbecue evenings in the garden, freshly baked cakes, a fruit and vegetable garden with our own produce, and rentals ranging from bicycles to Nordic walking poles to stand-up paddleboards will be added to our offerings starting next year.

In the beautiful Töwerland region, where time moves a little slower and the salty sea breeze clears your head, our beloved traditional inn welcomes you with Frisian warmth. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation in a magnificent natural landscape—ideal for couples (possibly with a toddler) or solo travelers.
In our comfortably designed rooms, Nordic simplicity meets a cozy atmosphere. We offer a total of 17 accommodations:
3 single rooms: Ideal for solo travelers and those seeking peace and quiet.
10 double rooms: Perfect for a getaway for two.
4 apartments: Especially family-friendly and generously sized.
A large communal garden with lounge chairs and beach chairs, a sunny outdoor terrace, and a cozy lounge area with seating, books, and a TV are freely available to all guests. A breakfast buffet with a wide selection is served daily in the bright dining room. Additional extras such as rental bikes, stand-up paddleboards, and Nordic walking poles can be booked as part of your stay; upon individual arrangement, they can of course also be rented on a temporary or daily basis.
