We didn't just convert the garage — we made it cozy, comfortable, and downright epic. With its own mini-split to heat and cool the space year-round, the game room is ready for your group in every season.

Settle in for movie night in the in-home theater, complete with beanbag chairs and recliners so everyone stays snug through the whole film. Then, when the credits roll, the theater transforms: fire up the golf simulator and tee off on more than 40 world-class national courses. Settle grudge matches, run a group tournament, or quietly work on your swing — rain, snow, or shine.

The pool table sits ready for play, trick shots, or showing off. Grab a seat at the indoor bar, pour a drink, and watch the action unfold. And when it's time to truly unwind, two top-of-the-line massage chairs are waiting to work out whatever the day left behind.

Just outside, you'll find the sports box, stocked with pickleball paddles, a net, and other outdoor games. Set up the net and play pickleball right in the driveway, or grab a basketball for a game of HORSE — no need to go anywhere.

There's plenty of yard space for cornhole and lawn games, and on chilly evenings (or any evening, really), slip into the hot tub and let the day melt away under the stars.
