The Space

Step inside to a bright, inviting living area designed for both comfort and functionality. There is plenty of room for the entire group to gather after a day at the parks, enjoy a movie night, or simply relax and plan the next day’s adventures.

The full kitchen includes modern appliances and the essentials needed to prepare family breakfasts, quick snacks, or relaxed dinners at home.

The townhouse features 3 generously sized bedrooms. The primary suite includes access to a private balcony overlooking the golf course, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space when needed.

The remaining bedrooms are comfortable and family-friendly, with flexible sleeping arrangements for children and adults. A rollaway bed, Pack ’n Play travel crib, and highchair are also provided for families travelling with younger guests.

The home is positioned along one of Florida’s beautiful golf courses, offering peaceful views from two balconies. Begin your morning with coffee overlooking the fairway or unwind outside after a busy day exploring Central Florida.

HOUSE RULES:

* CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 4PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we're able to accommodate an early check-in, there's an early check-in fee of $60 starting at 12 PM. Please check the availability of early check-in prior to booking.

* CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before 10 AM. We do not allow late check-out as we schedule cleaning ahead of time. Any unauthorized late check-out will result in a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes.

* SUPPLIES: A Starter Kit of supplies is provided to get you started upon arrival. Additional supplies may be necessary; we recommend planning a trip to a local grocery store after settling in.

* BBQ GRILL: A Gas BBQ Grill provided free of charge. Guests must clean and empty the drip pan after each use. Guest must exchange the gas propane tank if needed. Failure to do so will result in a BBQ cleaning fee of $100 being applied.

* LIMITED PARKING: only 1 reserved parking space. Street parking allowed in MARKED spaces, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

*VEHICLES: No commercial or recreational vehicles, including (but not limited to) tractor trailers, cabs, boats, personal watercraft, recreational vehicles, trailers of any kind, including (but not limited to) hitch trailers, 5th wheel trailers, and gooseneck trailers; or any vehicle that is hauled on a trailer can be parked on property overnight.

* SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces including the outdoor patio and backyard. There is a smoking fine of $500.

* NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If the police are summoned due to noise complaints, this warrants a possible eviction with no refund.

* UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: PLEASE NOTE the price determined by the amount of guests. Please make sure to book the property for the correct number of guests. Parties, events, or any kind of gathering are prohibited. If more people are staying and your reservation states otherwise, you will incur an additional fee of 50$ per person per night, so please be truthful.

* PETS: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome. There is a $50 pet fee per pet, per stay, with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed. Pets must weigh 25 pounds or less. Please note that pets are not permitted in the resort's common areas or amenities.

We kindly ask that you prevent any pet-related damage or messes during your stay. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is evidence of pet odors, urine, excessive hair, or damage to the property.

Unauthorized pets are strictly prohibited. Bringing an unauthorized pet onto the property will result in a $300 penalty, which will be be applied toward the cost of deep cleaning and any necessary remediation.

* DAMAGES & LOSS: We would truly appreciate it if you could treat our home like yours. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property which will be charged to you as additional payment request or from your security deposit (if booked from other platforms). Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately upon discovery.

* TO ENSURE EVERYONE SAFETY, we'd like to kindly mention that our house, deck, and outdoor areas aren't specifically 'baby proof.' If you're visiting with young children and have any concerns about safety, please feel free to reach out to us.

* ELECTRONIC LOCK CHECK-IN. We require a picture of a photo ID upon booking to ensure our door code is going to the person who booked the reservation.

* PHOTOSHOOT/VIDEO FILMING/MUSIC VIDEOS: This property is for residential use only and not for commercial purposes without the written permission of the owner. Please contact us directly for booking of events.

* LOST AND FOUND: Please note that all shipping is at the traveler's expense. There is a minimum $25 shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. We are not liable for any lost items. Our team will do our best to locate your lost items after check-out.
