About this house rental
1 months rental, with 1 week free! Aug 2026 (poss 1 week, but, 1 month rentals only after Labor Day); Located adjacent to the upscale Hidden Ponds RV Resort (you get use of heated pool, pickleball court, walking/wellness trails, etc)....and beautiful South Haven Lighthouse and beaches are a few minutes away!
Enjoy this 5-bedroom house with 4 queen beds and cozy bunk beds. A nice large kitchen and separate dining area, makes for nice gatherings.
The nice old renovated farmhouse features 2 full bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower to start your day right. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and A-C (window type) in the home. Whether you’re gathering for a meal or relaxing after a day of adventure, this terrific old renovated farmhouse provides a nice setting for your stay.
Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything historic South Haven, upscale Hidden Ponds RV Resort and our renovated farmhouse has to offer.
NOTE: FYI, and to be transparent, this old renovated farmhouse is the RV Resort owners former home, has a large side yard and swing, BUT please be aware, the RV Resort Maintenance garage, and a 5th wheel RV is on the land to the west and adjacent to this 1.5 acre property. Not typically noisy, but the grounds crews get going around 8am each weekday morning (and they take good care of the farmhouse grounds.
ALSO: NO access to the old renovated barn, in back, and maintenance garage, access is not allowed)
There is a nice yard on both sides, with a large nursery/garden on the East side of the farmhouse property.
Also, NOTE; the RV Resort, on the far west side, is finalizing the construction of the RV resort, so you will typically not be impacted by this. (just want to be upfront, the RV Resort is very nice, with nice amenities (heated pool, pickleball, kids play area, fishing-catch and release, walking/wellness trails on 10mph 26' wide paved roads, and you will have access to the RV resort amenities)....the new clubhouse and patio areas, 2nd pool and dog park will be nice additions!
So you get a Spacious yard, nearby heated pool, pickleball, horseshoes and laundry room, to go with this nice renovated farmhouse with 5BR.

Step outside to the huge side yard, where you can enjoy giant outdoor games, yard activities, and plenty of room to play.
Bringing your furry friend? They'll love the dedicated dog park that Hidden Ponds has, including a pet relief area, giving them a convenient and comfortable place to do their business. (note, all dogs require leashes when walking around, ....hopefully your kids are trained well, so no leashes required? :)
