12 large bedrooms plus 2 bedroom Den and 12 full bathrooms
Study desk/work stations in the home
Smart TVs in each room including the common room living areas
Large sectional
4 Queen Size air mattress
2 bunk bed in the den offering twin beds
4 King sized bed
8 queen size beds
4 Fully equipped kitchens

I can be reached through the app, via email, and via my mobile phone.
Other Things to Note:
There is a strict no party /no smoking rule., any violation to this rule carries a $1,000 fine. Thank you for understanding!
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. The host must be notified of the pet’s weight, age, breed, and whether it will be crated or not. A $25 per night pet fee applies. No one is allowed on the fire escape except only in the event of an emergency evacuation.
In order to help protect our planet and conserve energy, please ensure that all lights, appliances and TVs are turned off when not in use and when leaving the unit
There is no loitering allowed at the front entrance stairway of the building.
