The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is great if you're planning to ride down to DC because Penn station is very close. It was the perfect place for our get together!
The only drawback was the 76 stairs each way when we wanted to do something. Yes, I counted. 😅 We have some disabled people in our group and it was a struggle some days. But the view was completely worth the walk up. It just made us more intentional when we did have to leave the house.

The unit was in phenomenal shape, very clean and very well kept. There was ample parking, the security system around the building made us feel very secure.
Entry directions were clear and the host was very responsive to what we needed.
The location was central to the things we wanted to do!
The street noise was loud at night during some points when big vehicles went by. Nothing the hosts can do about that, just an advisory for light sleepers or kids who might get spooked.
I wasn’t sure how to use the windows when I got warm at night because of the security system on them. Again, I loved having that peace of mind and this is only very nitpicky, but directions on how to make sure an alarm isn’t accidentally set off would have been helpful!
